Processing Time
At Stussy Australia, we aim to process and ship orders within 5-7 business days. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (AEST) may begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be extended.
Once an order is placed, changes to the shipping address or method cannot be accommodated. Upon shipment, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Shipping Options & Rates
We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over a specified amount $750. For international orders, we ship via DHL Express, with rates varying by destination.
Customs duties and taxes are included in the total price for international orders, ensuring a seamless delivery experience.
Important Notes
Failed delivery attempts or incorrect addresses will result in the package being returned to us at the customer's expense.
For international orders, refusal of delivery or failure to retrieve the package from the local courier center may result in additional charges.
